There will be instances when you want to put a service request button on your website, but for this feature, we don’t have this. Please note that you CANNOT create a service request button on your website and your Tenants will have to use the Tenant Portal to create a service request.
Follow the steps below on how tenants can create a Service Request:
- Login to the Tenant Portal > LOGIN
- Go to the Submit New Request section.
- Complete the filled, Category, Sub Category, Email (tick the box if you would like to get email notification on status update/comment of the service request, Phone, Best Contact method, Best time to Contact you, Summary of the request (make sure to include all the information here), Upload photos if you have any.
- Once done, click Submit
