Sometimes there will be a scenario where a property manager or landlord wants or need to take rent from two accounts or more. You can do that on our system, but there is some simple reminder and steps that you need to do.

Follow the steps below:

• Make sure that Autopay is Turn OFF. Reason: Auto pay submits the full payment. Refer to this article to know how to Turn OFF Auto Pay
• After making sure that auto pay is OFF, you need to submit two payments from the invoice section. Click this article to know how to create an invoice.
• Note: You need to provide bank account info each time for this.
