Cut off time to submit an EFT Payment

12 views 0 November 30, 2022 Updated on December 7, 2022 mippsupportadmin

The cutoff time for EFT payment is 11:30 AM EST every day. After this hour, the payment will be submitted the following business day. The system stage all the auto payments one day before the actual payment due date and submits it to Bambora at 11:30 AM EST. Bambora processes the transaction on the actual payment due date.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Maybe you would ask if there is any way to STOP a vendor, owner, or tenant payment made yesterday from our bank account by EFT? The answer is it depends and here are the ways that you can follow; if you contact us AFTER the cutoff time, then you would need to call BAMBORA for this.

Bambora Customer Service Phone Number: 1-833-226-2672

Contact Bombora support with the following information: Merchant Id Batch Number Amount Recipient. If you contact us BEFORE the cutoff time (11:30 AM EST), we might be able to stop the EFT payment. But you need to give us at least a 1-hour window.

Here’s a scenario: An admin submitted a payment yesterday before noon; in this case, the payment got submitted to Bambora yesterday, and Bambora is already processing the payment. Meaning to say, unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes from our end at this moment.

However, you can try calling Bambora, providing your merchant account info and asking them if they can do something. If you do decide to call them again here is their number: 1-833-226-2672
