1. Tip – MIPP allows two types of payment.

2. click on the “Payment” icon positioned next to the “Spanner” icon at the top of your screen

3. Select “View EFT Profile” under the “Payment Profile” section

4. Provide essential information

5. Check the Auto Pay box to authorize automatic payments by your property manager for your outstanding balances

6. In the pop-up window, ensure all necessary boxes are checked, then click on “Ok”

7. Once you’ve reviewed and confirmed your details, click on ‘Save Profile’ to store your payment information securely

8. click on the “Payment” icon positioned next to the “Spanner” icon at the top of your screen

9. Choose “View Credit Card Profile” from the available options

10. Enter your Credit Card Number, Name on the Card, Expiration date, and CVV code accurately

11. Read this Auto Pay info

12. Finally, click on “Save Card” to save your credit card information securely
