Most of the time, tenants would demand a receipt from their property manager or landlord, so they can document their payments and transactions with you. The tenant can do this on their own portal. Mi Property Portal made sure that tenants can download or view their rent receipts using the Tenant Portal

• Instruct the tenants to login into their portal (Tenant Portal)
• Go to Payment > Payment Profile & Invoices
• Click the Payment History tab
• Find the Invoice that you want to view or download
• Click Receipt to download and click Preview to view the receipt
• To download the Rent Receipt, you can find a Print button below the receipt
• To View a receipt, click Preview (if you want to download the file, click PDF on the top right corner below the invoice)
