How can I edit/change the footer when sending emails to Tenants?

At this moment, you need to change this every time before sending an email to your tenants.

However, Mi Property Portal is already working on a feature to persist this message so that the footer can be preloaded from the previous message.

Note: Once you send your first message with the footer, the footer will be persisted by the system and it will auto-populate from the next time.
