Flexibility is one of our priorities. That’s why we provide and allow you to filter things for efficiency. In the portal, you should be able to filter the status. If you do not want to see some of the statuses, just uncheck the checkbox and click filter.
Follow the steps to know how you can filter service request status:
- Go to Tenant Management > Service Request
- Click the Funnel Icon beside the Status text > Choose File
- Tick the box of the Status that you want to filter
- Once done, click ‘Filter‘
