Refunding rent payment to tenants from the portal is not available for now. Having said that, you have to do the refund manually (i.e. by Cash / Cheque)

In the meantime, this is how a refund should be processed:

1) Do a manual refund to the tenant

2) Add a journal transaction (in the portal), so that the accounting transactions are up to date
