How Free Rental Listing Works?

9 views 0 November 30, 2022 Updated on December 7, 2022 mippsupportadmin

Mi Property Portal allows you to advertise your vacant properties for FREE. You can advertise an unlimited number of units for an unlimited number of days. The rental listing service is part of our free rental suite that comes with an online rent application, rental lead management and tenant screening service.

Here is how the rental listing service works:

1) As soon as you add a unit type in the portal, it is right-way available on our rental listing website at mipprental.com. You can easily turn off the option to make your advertisement offline. Please note that you must add property before creating a unit type.

2) Prospective renters can find properties by city, address, and postal code (similar to any other rental listing websites) on our rental listing site. However, our primary goal is to give more than just a rental listing website to our clients.

What do we do?

We provide three different ways of advertising your vacant properties:

  1. Listings by client: You can advertise all of your vacancy listings using a single URL. All the unit types with the ‘For Rent’ feature checked on will show up in one place. This URL is available at the top right of the ‘Properties’ list page.
  2. Listings by property: You can advertise vacancy listings of a specific property using a single URL. All the unit types with the ‘For Rent’ feature checked on will show up in one place. This listing URL is available in the listing section of the property detail page.
  3. Listings by Unit Type: You can advertise individual vacant unit types with individual URLs.

For example, you have 50 properties under your profile. Each property has one or more vacant units. Follow URL shows different ways of advertising vacant properties.

1. URL https://mipprental.com/C00001 shows all the vacant properties within your profile. Here C0001 represents the client rental listing code

2. URL https://mipprental.com/P0085 show all the vacant properties for a building and P0085 represents to code of a specific property within your profile

3. URL https://mipprental.com/T0139 is the individual listing URL of a specific unit type.

How can you advertise these URLs?

  1. You can share these URLs to social media directly from our portal
  2. You can link these URLs on your website so prospective renters can submit application requests online.

Enjoy this free service and automate your rental management business.
