When dealing with a new prospect, property managers want to log and store the prospective tenant’s information in one place to track the prospect’s status, such as scheduling a viewing, submitting documents, guarantor info, and Covid screening information. In this way, they have the correct information in their system.
Follow the steps below to add a new prospect manually:
- Go to the Prospective Tenants page
- Click Add New Prospect (Upper Right corner)
- Input the needed information such as:
- Name and Contact details > Next
- Address (Optional) > Next
- Source of Referral and the referrers information > Next
- Preferred Unit
- Click ‘Yes, Submit.’
