1. Access the Admin Portal by logging in
2. This is all about your account dashboard
3. Next, click to the “Property Management” dropdown menu
4. Select “Properties” from the list of options
5. Click on the dropdown of a property
6. Choose “Add a Single Unit” from the available options
7. Now, it’s time to fill out the unit information. Make sure to include all the necessary details
8. If the unit you’re adding is within a commercial property, tick the box labeled “This is a commercial unit?” Conversely, if the unit is in a residential property, leave this box unticked
9. You have the option to upload pictures & documents of the unit, /pause/ though this step is optional
10. Once everything is filled out and you’re satisfied, click on the “Submit” button
11. Congratulations! You’ve successfully added a unit to your property management system, and it’s now marked as “ACTIVE.”
