How to add additional terms and conditions in a lease

5 views 0 December 1, 2022 Updated on December 8, 2022 mippsupportadmin

You can add additional terms & conditions of 50000 characters in addition to the standard lease agreement. You can set up an unlimited number of terms and conditions for each province which will show up in step 9 of the lease creation process. This will be printed as additional pages along with the lease document.

Follow the steps to upload additional terms and conditions:

  1. Log in to the Mi Property Portal as an admin as a super admin.
  2. Go to Settings > Lease Settings > Upload Term

Additional terms may set out rules that are very specific to the rental unit or property, such as rules about the use of common spaces or amenities. Additional terms added here will be available for selection when you add a new tenant lease.
