How to Add Parking for a Tenant?

1. Start in Tenant Management dropdown, then click Tenants

Click 'Tenant'

2. Search for your tenant and click their name to open their profile

Click 'NH Noushad'

3. Under Tenant Information, just below Unit Information, hit that plus add icon

Click 'ADD'

4. Enter a parking name – like ‘Spot A’ or ‘Garage 12’ – whatever works for you

Click 'Parking #'

5. Set the Parking Start Date

Click '9/1/2025'

6. Add the Parking Amount – this becomes a separate charge, not bundled with rent

Click '0'

7. Fill Permit and Key info if you have it

Click 'Permit #'

8. Pick the car’s Make from the dropdown

Click 'Make'

9. Then Model, Color, and License Plate

Click 'Model'

10. Then Model, Color, and License Plate

Click 'Color'

11. Add the plate’s province and any notes about the vehicle

Click 'Plate Province'

12. Now invoicing options: Check ‘Parking cost included in rent’ to bundle it, or ‘Separate line item on rental invoices’ to show it separately

Click 'Parking cost is included in rent'

13. Want standalone parking invoices? Check ‘Generate separate parking invoice’ – perfect when auto-invoicing is enabled

Click 'Generate separate 'Parking' invoice (applicable when auto generate invoice is enabled)'

14. Drop any notes in the Notes field for your records.

Click 'Note:'

15. Click “Submit”

Click 'Submit'
