Is it possible to change the tenant login email address in the portal? The answer is ‘YES’. There is now an option to do this inside the portal.
NOTE: You can only make the changes using the Admin portal.
Follow the steps below to know how to change the tenant login email address:
- Go to Tenant Management > Tenant.
- Choose the Tenant > Tenant Details > Action > Edit Tenant Contact.
- Tick the box ‘Update Tenant Email’ (when you click this, there will be a note saying, “Tenant is a registered portal user. Changing the email will change the tenant login also and the tenant will need to use the new email to login”)
- Once done, click ‘Update’
