How to Create a Commercial Unit

1. To create a commercial unit, you’ll first need to have a commercial property set up. First, go to the properties list dropdown. and click New PropertyClick 'Properties'2. Start by navigating to the Property List page. From there, you can either search for your commercial property using the search bar, or scroll through the list manually to find itClick 'Search Property...'3. Once you’ve located the commercial property, click the dropdown icon on the right side, then select Details from the menuClick 'Details'4. Next, click the plus Unit button located at the top right corner of the screenClick 'Unit'5. Now it’s time to add the unit details. Click on the Unit Number field for the new unitClick 'Unit Number *'6. Next, click the Internal Unit Number field to add an internal reference. This step is optionalClick 'Unit Number (for internal use)'7. Tick the checkbox next to, This is a commercial unit? to indicate that the unit is commercialClick 'This is a commercial unit?'8. or Commercial Rent Calculation, enter the required details in the following fields:Unit Area (sqft) – Specify the total area of the unit in square feetClick 'Unit Area sqft'9. Select the Unit Type Category from the dropdown menu to classify the unit appropriatelyClick 'Retail Space'10. Enter the Total Number of Rooms and Number of Washrooms in their respective fieldsClick 'Total Number of Rooms'11. Click on the Notes section to add any additional information or special remarks about the unitClick 'Notes'

12. If you have a video presentation file for this unit, you can link it here to include multimedia contentClick 'Video Presentation'13. You can upload pictures and documents by attaching the files hereClick '+'14. Click Submit to save all the entered information and complete the new unit setupClick 'Submit'15. You’ll see Commercial Unit displayed at the top left, and the unit’s status Active is shown in the middle of the screenClick 'COMMERCIAL UNIT'
