In this video, I will guide you through the process of creating a recurring service request.
1. Click on the Tenant Management dropdown, and select Service Request
2. Click on the “More Action” dropdown, then select “Recurring Service Request”
3. Click on the “New Recurring Request” button at the top right
4. Fill out the Form
5. Enter a title in the “Title” field and select a Property and Unit for the recurring service from the respective dropdowns
6. Click on Yes in the Viewable to Tenant option if this recurring request is meant for the tenant to see on their end
7. Choose a “Category” and “Sub-category” from the respective dropdowns, and you can type any summary or description in the “Summary” box, this is a required step to fill in the summary field
8. Choose the priority level from the dropdown and select the status from the dropdown
9. Set status to “Assigned” to reveal the “Assigned To” field. Select a vendor from the dropdown and tick the Status box to auto-send an email notification
10. After assigning the service request, choose either “Assign Without Work Order” or “Create Work Order & Assign” based on the requirement
11. Finally, click on the “Next: Set Schedule” button to proceed
12. Select the required options from the dropdowns to set up recurrence, then click Submit to finalize the request
13. The recurring service request is successfully created and will appear on the Recurring Service Request List View page
