1. Click “Tenant Management”

2. Click “Service Request”

3. Next, locate the “More Action” dropdown

4. Select “Recurring Service Request”

5. Now, click on “New Recurring Service Request”

6. Fill out all the required fields in the form

7. In the “Status” dropdown, choose the appropriate option

8. Choose between “Assign Without Work Order”

9. click on “Submit”

10. Your “Monthly Maintenance” request has been successfully created
