You can submit any of your queries or issue directly from the portal. To create a ticket from the portal:
- Click Create Ticket
- Provide Your Email, Subject, choose the query type and the Priority level, and provide the ticket description.
- If you are logged in to the system, you can also add screenshots or images to the ticket.
- Click Submit
If you register your account, you can view the ticket status and previous tickets directly from your account (this is optional). Whenever you submit a ticket, your account will be automatically created. You just have to provide the password. All the communication for your submitted ticket will also be available via email.
