There might be cases where you got cash from your tenant, or they gave you cheques by coming to your office instead of email transferring the due amount. So you need to deposit the money in the bank. The portal has an integrated system to help you deposit cash or cheques. It will generate a paper form you can take when depositing funds into a bank account.
Follow the steps below to get the deposit slip:
- Go to Accounting>Banking
- Select Deposit Slip
- Select the Bank you want to choose
- Select the Property and Vendor
- Click Search Invoices
- Choose the invoices and select Method and Amount
- Click ‘Next Step’ and Submit (A confirmation prompt will show the number of invoices and the total amount due)
- The system will generate a deposit slip (this shows the total amount you want to deposit)
- You can download the file and print it, which you can take to the Bank and deposit the amount
