How to disable a portfolio?

Follow the steps below to disable a portfolio:

  • Go to Property Management > Properties.
  • Click on ‘Other Actions’ and select ‘PORTFOLIO/GROUPING.’
  • Under the Active column, you can toggle to activate or deactivate a portfolio. Only active portfolios are visible in the reports section.

Note: All portfolios are active by default.
