You can download the “Notice of Intent to Enter” form directly from the portal. Follow the steps below:

• Go to Tenant Management> Tenant.
• You can select the form “Notice of Intent to Enter for a Tenant.”
• Fill in the Necessary information
• You can send it via email or print it also
