How To Enable Notification For Service Request?

The following two options must be set in the property detail page to receive notification(s) at new service request creation or update:

1) Provide a valid property email address, and

2) Check the ‘Email Notification’ box

How to change?

  • From the left navigation, expand Tenant Management and click ‘Service Request.’
  • Find the property and service request that you would like to change the settings for
  • Click the left arrow icon under the Action drop-down menu on the right and click Edit
  • On the Summary, click the edit button across the Reference number
  • Enter a valid ‘Primary Email’ address
  • Check the ‘Email Notification’ box
  • Click the blue ‘Save’ icon on that section. You will get a confirmation.
