You can turn on email notifications for a specific service request by updating its details.
Steps

From the left navigation menu, expand Tenant Management and click Service Request.

Find the property and service request you want to update.

On the right side of the row, click the Details icon. You may need to scroll or pull the panel to the right.

In the Summary section, click Edit next to the reference number.

Enter a valid Primary Email address.

Select the Email Notification checkbox.

Click the blue Save button in that section.

A confirmation message will appear after the changes are saved.
