The following two options must be set in the property detail page to receive notification(s) at new service request creation or update:
1) Provide a valid property email address, and
2) Check the ‘Email Notification’ box
How to change?
- From the left navigation, expand Tenant Management and click ‘Service Request.’
- Find the property and service request that you would like to change the settings for
- Click the left arrow icon under the Action drop-down menu on the right and click Edit
- On the Summary, click the edit button across the Reference number
- Enter a valid ‘Primary Email’ address
- Check the ‘Email Notification’ box
- Click the blue ‘Save’ icon on that section. You will get a confirmation.
