How to Enable or Disable Auto Pay from Tenant Management?

1. After logging in, Go to Tenant Management dropdown on the left navigation

2. Click on Tenant

3. Once in the Tenant List page, click the Search field to search for a tenant

4. Once in the Tenant / Details page, scroll down

5. Go to Finance section on the center middle right side of the screen. Then Click on Payment Profile tab under Finance section

6. Make sure the Allow Tenant To Update Payment Profile has a green check

7. Once successfully done, it will look like this

8. Make sure the “Allow Tenant To Update Payment Profile” has no green check to disable. Once successfully done, it will look like this
