There are instances that you need to enable or disable the auto-pay option for a tenant; one is by their request, the tenant already moved out and a few other reasons.
Follow the steps below to enable or disable auto-pay for a tenant:
- Go to Tenant Management > Tenant
- Choose the Tenant that you want to enable or disable auto-payment
- Once you’re in their profile, scroll down until you find the Finance section > Payment Profile.
- Click the toggle button to Turn On or Off Auto Pay; you can also click the Edit icon and below the Tenant bank or account information, Tick the Enable Auto Pay box (make sure to remove the green check if you want to Disable this option) > Click ‘Submit.’
