How to Enable or Disable Auto Pay from Tenant Management?

1. After logging in, Go to Tenant Management dropdown on the left navigation

2. Click on Tenant

3. Once on the Tenant List page, click the Search field to find a tenant. Then, click on the tenant’s name

4. Once in the Tenant Details page, scroll down

5. Under the Payment Profile tab, click the Settings Gear icon

6. Click “Allow Tenant To Update Payment Profile”

7. Click “Allow Tenant To Update Payment Profile”

8. Select Allow Tenant Update Option
