How to enable rental tax for a unit?

11 views 0 February 7, 2023 Updated on February 13, 2023 mippsupportadmin

You can enable rental tax for the specific unit under a property. Follow the steps below:

  • To check the property status:
  • Go the Property management> Property
  • Go to the details of the Property you want to see
  • From More Actions, go to Manage Property. This will show all the units under that Property.
  • Go to individual unit details.
  • “This is a commercial Unit” will be checked if it is a commercial unit; otherwise, check it.
  • Select “Rental Invoice Tax” to enable rental tax.
  • Unselect “Rental Invoice Tax” to disable rental tax
  • Click Update
