There are 2 ways to check or find the total management fee for all properties.
Below are the steps to find the total management fees for ALL properties monthly/annually.
- Way 1
- Go to Accounting & Reports > Reports
- Click the Financial tab > Account Transactions
- On the Account field, search Management Fee Receivables,
- Property, All Properties
- Choose the Range – From Date – To Date
- Once done, ‘View Report’
- To download the file, click Excel or PDF
- Way 2 – Month and Year
- Go to Accounting & Reports > Reports
- Click the Owner tab > Rent & Disbursements Summary
- Select the Month and Year, Don’t include the owner click ‘View Report’
- You can see a Management Fee column and the total at the end
- Also, there is an option to export in Excel, CSV, or Print the details
