For various reasons, you may want to increase or update the monthly lawful rent. The good news is that it can all be done from the portal itself!

1) Go to the ‘Tenant’ section.

2) Go to click the details of the particular tenant.

3) On the tenant details page, click on ‘Actions‘ and from the drop-down bar, select ‘Rent History‘.

4) From here, you can update the new rent by typing in the new rent amount that you want to change into.
