You can now connect between two or more prospects. You can edit a prospect and select which prospect you would like to connect with. This way, when you create a lease for a prospect, the connected prospects will be automatically included in the lease. Also, prospect linking can help you identify who is the primary tenant in the lease.

Note:

You can link multiple prospects to a primary prospect.

Follow the steps below to link prospects:

• Go to the Prospective Tenants section
• Find the Prospect
• Click their Status
• Click Action > Edit or go to the Prospect Linking section and click Edit this prospect
• Choose the primary prospect from the list
• Click ‘Update Info.’
