How to log Last Month’s Rent (LMR) or Security Deposit?

1. Click on the “Tenant Management” dropdown

2. In the Tenant Management menu, click on “Tenant” to continue

3. Click on a specific Tenant to open their “Tenant Details” page

4. On the Tenant Details page, please scroll down to find more options

5. Look for the “Deposit” section and click on the “pencil” icon located under “Rental Deposit.”

6. A new option will appear allowing you to tick the “Edit Security/Rental Deposit” box

7. Here, you can edit the “Deposit Amount.” Enter the new amount you wish to update

8. Feel free to edit any other fields as necessary to keep your records up-to-date

9. Once all necessary adjustments are made, click on “Update” to save the changes

10. The edited Deposit Amount will now be reflected on this page

11. If you need to add or log another deposit amount, simply click on the “+” icon

12. In the “Amount Received *” field, input the amount you are logging

13. After entering the amount, click on “Add Transaction” to finalize the entry

14. You will see the newly added amount appear under “Deposit Amount”
