I want to make a specific owner a primary owner; is that possible? The answer is ‘YES’

Follow the steps below to make an owner the primary owner:

• From the left navigation, Go to Property Management > Properties
• Choose the Property > Scroll down > Go to the Owners tab
• Click the ‘Star’ icon beside the owner’s name; by doing this, you are making this owner the primary owner of the property
• After doing this, refresh the page

NOTE: When creating an owner invoice, you will see the primary owner at the top of the list; there will be a ‘PRIMARY’ text beside the name.
