After adding an owner to the system, make sure to invite them to access the owner portal, but there are instances that an owner will not accept the first invitation from you, or they will overlook the first invitation to join the owner portal. Here’s how you can resend the invitation to join.
Follow the steps below to resent the owner portal invitation:
- Go to Property Management > Owners
- Check the Portal Access status of the owner
- Choose the Owner that you want to resend the invite > click the Status (Invited)
- Above the Bank Account information, you will see an Invite button (make sure to provide the owner’s best email)
- Click the Invite button > double-check the email address > click ‘Yes, Send Invite’
- After clicking the ‘Yes, Send Invite’ a confirmation message will show that the invitation has been sent
