Hi, this is Jessica. In this video, I will show you how to add and delete a typed-in signature.
1. Click on the “User email dropdown” on the top right side of the screen on the Dashboard
2. Go to “My Profile.”
3. Click on “Add Signature.”
4. Click the “Type your name:” field. You will see your Profile Name already there in the name field.
5. You can select the “Color” of the signature as you would like it to appear.
6. Choose a color.
7. Click on “Select Style.”
8. Choose your preferred Font Style
9. Click on “Submit” to save your signature.
10. Click on “Delete Signature” under “Saved Signature”
11. Confirm by clicking on the “Yes, Delete” button
