Is it possible to save a typed in signature in my profile? The answer is ‘Yes’. You can now save a ‘Typed in’ signature that auto-populates signature fields in the system.
Follow the steps below to save a ‘Typed In’ signature:
- Go to My Profile (there are two ways to go to your My Profile section, from the left and when you click your email address on the top right corner of the screen, a drop-down will show, click My Profile)
- Inside the My Profile section, you have the option to Add New Signature, Delete Signature
- When adding a new signature, simply click Add New Signature and type in your name > ‘Submit.’
