How to send announcement to a property?

Here’s how you send an announcement to a specific or multiple properties in one go. You can use the announcement to tell the tenants or owners that you’re doing a property visit or if sewage is broken and someone is going to repair it for a couple of days and many more.

Follow the steps below to send an announcement to a property:

  • Go to Property Management > Announcement.
  • Property Announcement > Select Property, Expiry Date (Tenant will not see the announcement after this date), Add Headline 1 and 2, Subject, Message, Footer, Upload Document (optional)
  • Tick Send email to Owner, Send email to Tenant, Send SMS to tenants (optional); you can also choose to send a copy to yourself.
  • Check the preview; once done, click ‘Submit.’
