Here’s how you send an announcement to property owners or multiple properties in one go. You can take advantage of this function to send emails at once. In addition to that, you can also add or upload documents.
Follow the steps below to send an announcement to a property:
- Go to Property Management > Announcement.
- Property Announcement > Select Property, Expiry Date (Owner will not see the announcement after this date), Add Headline 1 and 2, Subject, Message, Footer, Upload Document (optional)
- Tick “Send email to Owner.”
- Make sure to tick the next box, “Hide announcement from tenant portal” by doing so, the tenant will not receive the announcement.
- You can also choose to send a copy to yourself.
- Check the preview; once done, click ‘Submit.’
