Portal Mailbox is not a replacement for email. This is communication between portal to portal.
Follow the steps below to send a message to the property manager:
- In the Dashboard, go to Main Navigation > Mailbox
- Or click the Mail icon at the top right corner of your screen beside the announcement
- Click Compose > Add the Subject and your message
- NOTE: The message recipient will receive an email and the message will be available in their portal message inbox.
- Once done, click ‘Send.’
