How to show or hide Rent & Disbursement report visibility to the owners for all the properties?

Maybe you are wondering if you can show or hide Rent & Disbursement report visibility to the owners for all the properties? The answer is ‘YES.’

Follow the steps below to show or hide Rent & Disbursement report visibility to the owners for all the properties:

  • Go to Property Management > Owners.
  • Choose the Owner that you want to show or hide the Rent & Disbursement report of all the properties.
  • Scroll down until the Property Owned section
  • On the right side, you will see a tool icon next to the Disbursements Report.
  • Click DISBURSEMENTS REPORT > choose Enable for All Property.
  • By choosing this, After you submit, the ‘Disbursements Report’ will be available for all the property owned by this owner. You can still go to the property section and disable it under each property level.
  • By choosing Disable for All Property, After you submit, the ‘Disbursements Report’ will not be available for all the property owned by this owner. You can still go to the property section and enable it under each property level.
  • Once done, click ‘Submit.’
