If there are issues or concerns about the apartment that you are renting, follow the steps below to create a service request:
- Log in to the Tenant Portal
- On the Main Navigation, click Submit New Request (you can also find a button on the Recent Submitted Request/s)
- More Action > New Service Request
- Select the Category, Sub Category, Email (auto-fill by the system),
- Tick ‘I would like to get email notification on status update/comment’ (optional),
- Phone, Best Contact Method, Best Time to Contact you, Summary of the request,
- and upload photos (click Browse and add the photos)
- Once done, click ‘Submit.’
- On the left, you can see all the submitted service requests that you’ve requested
