How to submit a service request from tenant portal?

If there are issues or concerns about the apartment that you are renting, follow the steps below to create a service request:

  • Log in to the Tenant Portal
  • On the Main Navigation, click Submit New Request (you can also find a button on the Recent Submitted Request/s)
  • More Action > New Service Request
  • Select the Category, Sub Category, Email (auto-fill by the system),
  • Tick ‘I would like to get email notification on status update/comment’ (optional),
  • Phone, Best Contact Method, Best Time to Contact you, Summary of the request,
  • and upload photos (click Browse and add the photos)
  • Once done, click ‘Submit.’ 
  • On the left, you can see all the submitted service requests that you’ve requested
