It is important to notify tenants and yourself as a property manager when the payment fails to push through. Here’s how you can turn on this feature inside the portal.
Follow the steps below to turn On failed payment notifications:
- Go to Settings > Online Payment Settings.
- Click below the Merchant Account For Property Manager or Merchant Account For Individual Property
- After you click it, the settings will show > Scroll down > Tick Yes, if you want to send a notification for failed payments to yourself and do the same to send the tenant a notification regarding failed payments.
- Once done, click ‘Update.’
