Here are the reports that you can see in the Owner Portal:

• Rent Roll
  The Rent Roll report presents leases and their financial summary information for a property. The report includes unit info, tenant info, lease info, rent summary, etc.
• Statement of Rent & Disbursements
  After collecting the tenant payments (rent), paying bills and expenses, and collecting the management fees, the remaining funds available should be what you pay.
• Expiring Lease
  The Lease Expiring report summarizes the upcoming lease which will expire in certain days. It also includes a lease that has already expired.
• Owner Statement
  Summary of Statement of Rent & Disbursements reports for all properties. Balance on account or amount due summary.
