Understanding Notification Settings and Features

In Mi Property Portal, we provide multiple notification settings that will help you maximize and fit how you work.

We provided a Global notification setting, Invoice notification, Rent due notification, Lease Expiry notification, Service request notification, Owner payment submission notification, Vendor payment submission notification, and Tenant communication notification. You also have the option to add multiple emails that will receive the notifications (maximum 5 emails per category).

How to Turn On and Off notification:

  • Go to Settings > Notification settings.
  • At the top, you will see the 3 different email options you can use. Root Email, Primary Notification Email, BCC Email
  • Root Email serves as the business email; Primary Notification Email serves as the email that will receive the notifications, BCC Email > Any automatic email sent by the system (to the tenant, vendor or owner), a blind carbon copy (bcc) will be sent to the email address that you will provide in this section.
  • Below the Emails, there is a toggle button to Turn On and Off the Global notification.
  • In addition, you can Turn ON and OFF other notifications below. Just click the toggle button and you’re good to go.
