What is the rent increase notification period?

84 views 0 February 12, 2023 Updated on February 13, 2023 mippsupportadmin

The ‘Receive Rent Increase Due Notification‘ is turned ON by default. We have given the option to have multiple rent increases due notification period.

To see the rent increase notification status, go to the settings option and select Notification Settings.

You will receive an email notification before the rent increase due date (if the tenant’s rent history was not updated already).

The email will have a list of rent increases due within the next 4 months, 3 months, 2 months and 1 month.
