What if I cannot delete a tenant?
The delete tenant option might be disabled if there are existing invoices.
Here are the steps that you can take to delete a tenant:
- Delete all invoices (including the overdue, approved, paid) for the tenant
- Delete any deposit entry
- Refresh the tenant detail page
- Action > Delete Tenant
