Why ‘Delete Tenant’ option is disabled?

What if I cannot delete a tenant?

The delete tenant option might be disabled if there are existing invoices.

Here are the steps that you can take to delete a tenant:

  • Delete all invoices (including the overdue, approved, paid) for the tenant
  • Delete any deposit entry
  • Refresh the tenant detail page
  • Action > Delete Tenant
