Sometimes when you want to access the lease and/or the lease terms and conditions, it takes time to load up the entire file.
Usually, this is because there are a lot of pages, as the lease document includes many additional pages on top of the PDF. These need to get rendered and rendering takes time.
We are continuously working on making the process faster, but what is more important is that our file rendering is very reliable. It is error-free and easy to use once it has loaded.
