If a document is not approved, it will not be available in other places for use (e.g. in the creation of a lease). The approval status is displayed on the ‘Is Approved’ column on the ‘Document Management page.
From the ‘Document Management’ page, go to the rightmost column and select the symbol. This allows you to edit the document. From the editing page, you select (or unselect) the checkbox next to ‘This document is approved. Once this checkbox is selected, the document is viewed as approved.
