How to Cancel Move Out from a Tenant Profile?
1. Once logged in, Click on ‘Tenant Management’ dropdown under ‘Administration’
2. Select ‘Tenant’ from the options available in the dropdown menu”
3. Click on a specific tenant and click on the name to access their profile
4. Click “Cancel Moveout”
5. Confirm the cancellation by clicking on “Yes, Cancel Moveout”
6. Close the successful pop-up that appears on the screen.
