The form management module works as a central document management section in the portal. You can upload, categorize, control access and share documents from a central location.
- From the left navigation, click ‘Document Management.’
- Click ‘Add New Document’
- Fill in the form, upload documents and make sure to mark the document approved.
- Submit
Some important fields
- Review Date: The date when the document was reviewed
- Expiration Date: The document’s expiry date. If this field is set, the document will not be visible after the expiration date.
- Related Property: If a property is selected, the document will be available in the tenant portal of all the tenants in that property
- The document is private: If this flag is set, then only you will be able to view the document regardless of all other settings.
- The document is approved: If this flag is not set, the document will not be available to anyone, regardless of all other settings.
