From the owner’s perspective, you have many options. Log in to the Admin Portal from the top suitable options, and click Owner Portal.

From here, you can view the following:

1. Properties
   • You can see all the properties and sort by Name and Address.
   • You see all the Units and Tenants available
2. Reports
   • You can see all the Rental reports, which include:
     • Rent Roll 
     • Expiring Lease 
     • Statement of Rent & Disbursements 
     • Owner Statement
3. Documents
   • Here you can see Uploaded documents and Rent disbursement Reports
