How to add additional attachments (when sending email) with N5 notice – Ontario?

Note: Adding additional attachments (when sending email) with N5 notice is ONLY available for the Province of Ontario.

Follow the steps below to add additional attachments (when sending email) with N5 notice:

  • Go to Tenant Management > Tenant.
  • On the Form column, click N5 Notice to end a tenancy for interfering with others, damage or overcrowding
  • Or you can also access the N5 form by clicking View Details > Forms > N5

Notice to end a tenancy for interfering with others, damage or overcrowding.

  • Fill in the necessary details in the form; once done, click Send Email
  • Find the Additional Attachment section, click Choose File to upload the attachment.
  • Adding an additional attachment is optional; you will be able to send the email with or without any attachments.
  • Once done, ‘Send Email to Tenant’
