1. Go to Reports under ACCOUNTING & REPORTS on the Left Navigation

2. Once in Reports section, click on Income/Expense tab

4. When you’re on the Bill Payment Report page, you will see this line Drag a column header here to group its column

5. For example, we are moving the “First Name” column to this location
