How to Generate an Account Transactions Report?

1. Go to Reports under ACCOUNTING & REPORTS on the Left Navigation

Click 'Reports'

2. Select the Account Transactions option under financial tab

Click 'Account Transactions'

3. First Choose a portfolio from the options provided

Click 'Select a Portfolio'

4. Select a property from the dropdown menu

Click 'Select Property/Properties *'

5. Click on the dropdown under Account to select an account

Click 'Select Account(s) (max 5) *'

6. Tick the box’s of “Include transactions with no property references”

Click 'Select Account(s) (max 5) *'

7. Click “Generate ReportClick 'Generate Report'

8. Click “Account Transactions”

Click 'Account Transactions'
