Can I upload a walk-through video to my inspection report?

No, video uploads aren’t supported yet on the Mi Property Portal. You can only upload image files in these formats:

• JPG

• JPEG

• PNG

• GIF

• BMP

Tip: For walk-throughs, try taking screenshots from your video and uploading those as images. We’re working on adding video support soon—stay tuned for updates!
