1. For each property: create a new row with its’ unique civic address
2. Name the Property
3. Multi Owner Situation
4. Put “Property Name, Owner First Name” in case of same property and different owners
5. Same address : 2 rows with 2 different property names for the same civic address
6. Street Number: In the Street Number column, only enter the main street number
7. Street Number Column: Don’t include unit number
8. Put the street name, city, postal code, province and country information (mandatory)
9. Do not put owner’s address as property address
10. Property Type: Provide what type of property it is. Such as House, apartment, commercial, i.e.
11. Property Type: If property type is commercial or mix-use then rental tax calculate sales tax on rental income
12. Ownership Type: Ownership type is optional and informational
13. Primary Phone: For the phone number, enter the Property Manager’s contact number
14. Primary Phone: is required
15. Primary Phone: will also be displayed on the listing
16. Primary Email: primary email address should be the Property Manager’s designated email
17. Primary Email: This will be visible on the rental listing page and for tenant communication purpose
18. Total Area: Total land area and total property area are optional. However, it is better to provide if known
19. Managed By: In the Managed By column, you have two options. If you charge a fee to manage the property, enter Property Manager. If not, simply put Owner
20. Managed By: This a very important option. Your accounting transactions will be different based on this value
21. Managed By: once set, you will not be able to change this option
22. Is Business Property: Put either “Yes” or “No” Is business property column
